I’ve spent more than two decades helping people relocate to the Hilton Head and Bluffton area. Most clients come from referrals — past clients and other realtors — because the move South is personal, and your agent should be too.
It is a great deal of fun is helping folks discover the Lowcountry and forming relationships that last far beyond the closing.
Part of my job is to have contacts for the folks you don’t yet. Attorneys, Lenders, Contractors, Estate Planners, CPAs, HVAC guys, Termite guys and so on. Whatever you need … that’s my job … before, during and after.
Buying in the Lowcountry
I know what it feels like to leave the snow (and slush, and ice, and cold, and gray, and salt) season behind (and no, you won’t miss it for a minute). You want a real community when you get here, not just a vacation photo. Let’s cut through the noise and see if there is a right fit down here for you. If you’re 6 weeks, 6 months or 6 years out… makes no difference to me. I teach you about the Lowcountry. The rest is easy.
You can find hundreds of homes for sale online with a click of a button … that’s easy … but the home is the last thing you should be looking at. It’s everything else that makes the real difference.
